City Lofts Chodov secures a strategic co-investor

The City Lofts Chodov project, a modern residential building with a distinctive architectural concept, has gained the support of a new strategic co-investor. This is a consortium of foreign investors for whom this is their first development project in the Czech Republic.

They chose to enter the Czech market through the GARTAL group, thanks to its many years of experience, stable background, and portfolio of attractive residential projects. They see City Lofts Chodov as a prestigious investment opportunity in the dynamically developing part of Prague 4.

The new strategic partner has already expressed interest in other upcoming projects and is actively negotiating to expand the cooperation. Currently, the GARTAL group has secured land in Prague and its surroundings for the construction of more than 2,000 residential units, with a total financial volume nearing CZK 15 billion.

This collaboration confirms the growing attractiveness of the GARTAL group for both foreign and domestic investors and opens the door to further strategic partnerships.
