The Rezidence Hloubětín project has received an occupancy permit

The Rezidence Hloubětín project in Prague 9 has been completed. All 36 apartments are ready to be handed over to new owners. The building includes three commercial spaces on the ground floor and 23 parking spaces. The biggest pride of the house are the large roof terraces and the roof with extensive greenery itself. After the construction was completed, several dozen trees were planted in the immediate vicinity of the house. We wish the new owners beautiful living.
