City Lofts Chodov to be built by GARTAL Stavební

Construction of the City Lofts Chodov project has been contracted. The general contractor is our sister division, GARTAL Stavební, with whom we signed a construction contract last week. The cooperation was confirmed not only with a handshake between the CEOs of both companies, but also with a toast to a successful realization. In the same week, we also handed over the construction site.

Since the project is being carried out by the construction division of the GARTAL group, we have full control over the entire building process. This allows us to ensure that the timelines, agreed standards, and high quality of work are met. The GARTAL Stavební team knows our projects inside out, and this close cooperation allows us to maintain a consistently high standard of execution across the entire group.
