City Lofts Chodov wins the Architects’ award in the Real estate project of the year competition

The City Lofts Chodov project has confirmed its exceptionality in the prestigious Real estate project of the year 2025 competition. It received the Architects’ award, which recognizes outstanding architectural excellence. The expert jury particularly highlighted the unique angular facade, the building’s floor plan in the shape of a circular sector, and the original loft-living concept.

Designed by the architectural studio RA15, the project is becoming a key architectural landmark in the area, located in close proximity to the Opatov metro station. City Lofts demonstrates that high-quality architecture can offer not only visually attractive solutions, but also comfortable and thoughtfully designed living for everyday life.

The ceremonial announcement of the competition results, which this year saw a record 96 projects submitted, took place at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV hotel. We thank the architects for the professional recognition and our clients for their trust.
