View Spořilov project is 70% sold out

Less than 30% of vacant apartments remain in the View Spořilov project in Prague 4. Currently, apartments from 1+kk to 4+kk are available. Apartments on the lowest floor will offer their future owners private front gardens, those on the upper floors will offer balconies, terraces and loggias. For an unobstructed view of the surroundings, the entire eastern facade is fitted with large French windows. Floor heating in all apartments ensures a pleasant indoor climate, does not dry the air and reduces dust circulation. Project completion is scheduled for Q1 2022.
