GARTAL Development’s New CFO Joins from PPF Group

Vladimir Molodchenko is taking over financial management of GARTAL’s development division, succeeding Antonín Kopřiva. He brings experience in financial planning, controlling and capital efficiency gained at international companies. His role will be to secure financing for development projects and support the division’s continued growth.

Vladimir Molodchenko joins from PPF Group, where he spent seven years in various roles at Home Credit and PPF Telecom Group. His work has focused on the efficient use of capital, financial planning and controlling at the holding company level.

At GARTAL Development, he will be responsible for project financing, banking relationships, liquidity management and the financial performance of individual projects. He will align financial planning with construction planning and delivery to ensure the development division has the funding it needs for both ongoing projects and new investment opportunities.

“My role is to ensure that our development plans are supported by carefully structured financing. For each project, we need to understand when and on what terms we will require capital, and how much risk we are taking on. This is the foundation on which I intend to build the division’s financial management and long-term relationships with banks,” says Vladimir Molodchenko.
