Construction of the Riviéra Rokytka project has begun

In a quiet villa district of Prague 5 - Kyje the construction of an exclusive apartment building called Riviéra Rokytka has begun. After its completion, this project will offer a total of 9 apartments from 1+kk to 3+kk and a unique penthouse 4+kk on the top floor with direct access from the elevator and a large terrace lining almost the entire perimeter of the house. The project will also include a private park with mature trees, where you can find peace and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city. Currently the last three apartments are available. The construction of the project is provided by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební and its completion is planned for the Q2/2023.
