The rough construction and the internal partitions of the Harfa Yard housing project in Prague 9 at the Českomoravská metro station have been completed. Now the installation of MEP has started and then the walls will be plastered. This building is located in a quiet street Kovářská, just a few steps from the Harfa Shopping Gallery and the O2 Arena. The project is completely sold out and after completion there will be apartments from 1+kk to 4+kk. The biggest pride of the house is the unique facade, in the form of which the world-famous architect Bořek Šípek participated. The construction of the project is provided by GARTAL Stavební and completion is planned for Q2/2022.
