The Harfa Yard project has received an occupancy permit

The Harfa Yard residential project in Prague 9 is completed. All 28 apartments are ready to be handed over to new owners. The project also includes an office building in the courtyard, where the first two floors provide parking spaces for residents of the house. On the third and fourth floors are the new offices of the GARTAL group. A new modern GARTAL client center was opened on the ground floor of the building in Kovářská Street, where we are ready to welcome all those interested in new housing in Prague and its surroundings. An extraordinary Harfa Yard apartment building was designed by world-famous architect Bořek Šípek. The construction was provided by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební.
