The Louis Léger House II project is completely sold out. After the construction is completed, there will be 4 exclusive duplex apartments located on the upper floors of a historic building just a few steps from the I.P. Pavlova station. Completion of the construction of these unique apartments is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2022, the construction is provided by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební.
