Within the second stage of the Louis Léger House project, we just finished 4 exclusive rooftop apartments situated on the top floor of the modern historical building, which is only few steps away from Wenceslas Square. To highlight the uniqueness of this place we used our highest PREMIUM standard, including wooden floor and marble cladding. The biggest pride of the apartments are the 2 large roof terraces with an outstanding view towards Prague Castle and Petřín Hill. The construction was provided by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební.
