THE VIEW SPOŘILOV PROJECT HAS RECEIVED AN OCCUPANCY PERMIT

The View Spořilov residential project in Prague 9 is completed. All 68 apartments are ready to be handed over to new owners. Apartments on the lowest floor have private front gardens, those on the upper floors balconies or loggias. The biggest pride of the whole building are the apartments on the top floors with beautiful, unobstructed views of the surroundings and plenty of space. The entire eastern facade is fitted with tall French windows. Floor heating in all apartments ensures a pleasant indoor climate. On the ground floor of this residential building you will find one commercial space. Two underground levels offer parking and storage spaces. While in the design phase, the View Spořilov project won the Expert Jury prize in the Czech Real Estate Awards Project 2018. We wish a happy housewarming to all new owners.
