CONSTRUCTION OF THE ZELENÉ KASKÁDY PROJECT HAS BEGUN

In Prague 9, the construction of the Zelené kaskády residential project has begun, which is surrounded by a quiet cottage area and nature. The modern building will appear on Českobrodská street and after its completion, will offer a total of 70 apartments from 1+kk to family 4+kk with balconies or terraces. The great pride of the house are the cascading terraces in the central part of the building, on which there is a space reserved for greenery. The construction of the project is provided by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební and its completion is planned for Q4/2024.
