The “glajcha“ was raised in Smíchov

The construction of the exclusive Pod Bertramkou project in Prague 5 reached its highest point. Therefore, in the last day of February, the “glajcha“ was raised on the construction site of the project, as an ancient symbol of happiness, protection of the house and its new residents. After its completion, the residental building will offer 45 apartments from 2+kk to luxury 4+kk on the top floor with large terraces. The project will be located in a private area with a virtual reception, offering its residents privacy. In this area you will also find a community garden or a place where you can meet friends in the summer. Currently, the last apartment with a layout of 2+kk with balcony is for sale. The construction of the project is provided by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební and its completion is planned for Q4/2023.
