The Pod Bertramkou project has received an occupancy permit

At the beginning of August, an occupancy permit was granted for the exclusive project Pod Bertramkou, located in Prague 5 near Anděl. The construction of the residential building is now completed and all 45 flats are ready to be gradually handed over to the new owners. The flats located on the ground floor have private front gardens, while the upper floors have balconies, loggias or terraces with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. The project is located in a private fenced area with a communal garden, which will provide residents with complete privacy. At the moment the last 3(2)+kk flat with a spacious balcony remains on sale. The construction was provided by the subsidiary company GARTAL Stavební. We wish the new owners beautiful living.
