The construction of the residential project Zelené kaskády in Prague 9 has reached its highest point. Therefore, at the beginning of November, a "glajcha" was raised on the construction site as an ancient symbol of good luck, protection of the house and its new residents. Upon completion, the residential building will offer 70 flats ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom large family flats for with balconies or terraces. The Zelené kaskády project is characterised by smart layouts, maximum use of space and modern technologies such as air recuperation modules or charging stations for electric cars. The project is being built by a subsidiary of GARTAL Stavební and is scheduled for completion in the 4th quarter of 2024.
