Two of GARTAL’s projects won in the prestigious competition "The Best Real Estate Project of 2018"

Three GARTAL’s projects have been nominated for a prize in "The Best Real Estate Project of 2018" competition: Tuchoměřické zahrady, Louis Léger House and the Maison 1832 projects.

The professional jury awarded the Louis Léger House project, located in the center of the capital on one of the most prestigious streets of Prague 2. There are 25 apartments in the Art Nouveau building.

The Maison 1832 project, which offers 36 exclusive units, won the prize for the public vote.

Apartments in both award-winning projects are tastefully furnished and outfitted with the highest quality equipment. In the apartments you will find: tiles and veneer with imitation of marble, three-layer wooden floors, as well as sanitary ware from the company Villeroy & Boch. 

"We are very pleased that our work was assessed by an expert jury and we managed to get the highest award," says Ing. Rostislav Petchenko, the CEO of GARTAL and adds: "The prize that we received after a public vote is equally important for us. We are very proud of it because it shows us that our intentions as a developer are attractive to the public, and also confirms that we are moving in the right direction".
