Handover of apartments in Rezidence Rostislavova

At the beginning of August we handed over new apartments in the Rezidence Rostislavova in Prague 4 to new owners. To make their new living even more enjoyable, each of the owners received a SmartHome starter pack in the form of Philips HUE bulbs. Bulbs can be controlled by voice, mobile phone and programmed by a simple application.

These are LED bulbs in the A + category so they will help to save lighting costs.

The project was nominated for the Best of Realty 2019 competition in the Residential Projects category.
