Obytný areál Budějovická is sold out

The last unit in the Residential Complex Budějovická has found its new owner. The whole project consists of 4 apartment buildings and is located in a closed area in Prague 4, near the metro station Kačerov. The complex offers a total of 59 units and 2 commercial premises.Currently, the latest construction work is underway so that everything is completed by the end of 2019.
