Today, the foundation stone of the View Spořilov project was laid. Representatives of the GARTAL real estate development group and the company KASTEN, which ensures the construction of this project, took part in this ceremonial event. After its completion, Prague 4 will gain a new landmark. The building will have 10 floors and a total height of 31 meters. It will offer 68 apartments, each of them will have a balcony, French windows for maximum daylight and floor heating.
