Parking house Spořilov is almost sold out

As part of the View Spořilov project, next to the residential building is being built a new parking house, which will offer about 100 covered parking spaces. The purchase of this parking space is not conditioned by the purchase of an apartment and prices start at CZK 428,000. The reservation fee of CZK 75,000 is paid upon signing a Reservation agreement, the rest of the purchase fee is paid after the project completion.
