A new development project with a circular sector footprint

The City Lofts Chodov project will bring unconventional loft-style living to Prague 4, featuring exceptionally high ceilings and authentic facade. The respected online magazine CzechCrunch also reported on the project in its article, highlighting the architects’ inspiration and the building’s unique shape.

Architects from the ra15 studio took inspiration from the shape of the plot, which resulted in a building with a footprint resembling a circular sector. “The facade is enlivened by loggias with bevelled walls, giving it a sense of dynamism and a changing appearance throughout the day,” says architect Ptáček from Ra15.
