City Lofts Chodov is already revealing its future shape

At the City Lofts Chodov construction site, we are currently concreting the 2nd above-ground floor, and the building is already starting to take its characteristic shape. Its semicircular floor plan is clearly recognizable, and the layout of individual lofts is gradually becoming visible. And because we wanted to capture the construction progress from a bit different perspective, we climbed up the construction crane for the latest shots. View the pictures in the gallery below.

Even at this stage, one of the project's distinctive materials is visible on the site – exposed concrete. It forms the entire southern facade of the building and will remain recognized in the interior of individual lofts, where it will appear on some walls and ceilings. Together with the almost five-meter ceiling height, it will underline their original character.

The project, which won the Architects award in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2025 competition, is being built just a few minutes walk from the Opatov metro station. A wide range of civic amenities, including restaurants, shops, and medical facilities, is available in the immediate vicinity, and the Westfield Chodov shopping center is also nearby.
