Laying the foundation stone of City Lofts Chodov

On Thursday, May 14, 2026, the ceremonial tapping of the foundation stone took place in the City Lofts Chodov project. It weighs an impressive 400 kilograms and after the completion of construction will become a permanent part of the project, finding its place at the entrance to the building.

We thank the architects and designers from the ra15 studio, representatives of the investor and the financing bank Raiffeisenbank for their participation.

The event also included a guided tour, during which it was possible to observe the rapid progress of construction. The spaces for parking have already been concreted, and the concreting of the next floor will take place in the near future.
