GARTAL Conference 2026

In mid-March, the traditional meeting of employees and co-workers took place at Spojka Karlín under the name GARTAL Conference 2026.

The program focused on the future of the GARTAL Group and specific milestones through 2030. New development projects in Prague and Brno were presented and will be gradually launched to the market, with a total potential of more than 3,000 apartments. GARTAL is thus moving into a new stage. From the construction of individual residential buildings to the systematic development of entire urban areas, including related infrastructure and civic amenities.

The program also included a presentation by the GARTAL Construction division, which introduced projects delivered for the development division as well as for external partners. The newly established Innovation Center was also presented, focusing on more efficient and modern approaches to building automation and increasing comfort for property owners. Attention was also given to the GARTAL investment fund, which participates in financing the Group’s new projects.

The conference confirmed the Group’s further direction and its ambition to become a major player in development, construction, and investment in the future.
