GARTAL Stavební expands. New offices will offer smart technologies.

The GARTAL group continues to grow, and along with it, the office spaces of the GARTAL Stavební division on Lihovarská are also expanding. A whole new floor will be added to the existing offices, offering modern facilities not only for the GARTAL Stavební teams but also for selected departments of GARTAL Development and GARTAL investment fund.

The goal of the new spaces is not only to increase office capacity but, above all, to better connect the individual divisions of the group. Daily cooperation, faster sharing of experience, and more efficient coordination of projects are important parts of the further development of the entire GARTAL group.

The new offices also include modern technologies based on the Loxone system, which intelligently manages the operation of the entire floor. The system controls the lighting, outdoor blinds, and access to individual parts of the building, and gradually learns the daily habits of office operations.

Access to the building works using QR codes stored in mobile phones or smartwatches. After scanning them, selected floors automatically become accessible, and at the same time, it is possible to call an elevator that already has the appropriate floor selected.

The GARTAL Development division continues to be based in its own office building at Kovářská 2537/5, located just a few minutes from Lihovarská.
