Construction of Signature Kolovraty has started

In the Signature Kolovraty project, the first works have begun directly on site. We have handed over the construction site to the GARTAL Stavební, the plots have been surveyed, and heavy machinery has started preparing the area for future family houses.

Currently, the necessary infrastructure, sewerage, water supply, electricity, and other utility networks are being built. After the completion of this stage, the actual construction of the houses will follow, and the new street in Kolovraty will gradually begin to take its future shape.

As construction progresses, the offer is also getting shorter. Currently, only the last two plots with 5+kk houses remain in the project. The location offers quiet family living, quality civic amenities, and good accessibility. A kindergarten, shops, and a train station are just a few minutes walk away, and a direct train connection will take you to Prague's main railway station in just 24 minutes.
