The City Lofts Chodov project is designed to offer elements that support the long-term value of the loft right in the basic standard. The technology and equipment used allow for its immediate use without further investments and make it ideal for the rental market

Fully glazed walls and almost five-meter windows bring plenty of natural light into the interior while connecting the indoor space with the exterior. The windows on the southern facade are equipped with exterior shading for effective light and temperature regulation. A stable indoor environment is further supported by air conditioning, which comes as a standard in the lofts from the third to the sixth floor. On the first two floors, there is preparation for its easy installation without the need for structural interventions.

The project includes a photovoltaic power plant located on the roof of the building. The generated electricity will be used for operation in common areas, contributing to cost reduction. This approach will be appreciated by both residents and investors.
