Tomáš Stařík will lead the acquisition team

The GARTAL Development acquisition team will newly be led by Tomáš Stařík, an experienced manager with many years of practice in the real estate market. During his professional career, he worked at CBRE and HB Reavis, where he focused on leasing and acquisitions in the field of logistics and office real estate. Afterwards, as Country Manager Operations, he led the Czech branch of the Austrian IMMOFINANZ group, where he was responsible for the portfolio of office and retail properties and participated in significant acquisitions and sales. In recent years, he has also focused on the residential segment and the development of institutional rental housing.

Acquisitions represent one of the key areas for the further growth of GARTAL Development, so Tomáš is taking on a strategically important role. He will be responsible for leading the acquisition team, seeking new investment opportunities, and acquiring land and projects for further construction. His task will also be to accelerate the acquisition process and expand the project portfolio so that GARTAL Development can fulfill its long-term goal of selling 500 new apartments worth CZK 3 billion annually and rank among the five largest residential developers in Prague by 2030.
