In this quiet area of Prague 10, we are now offering 18 plots for sale without houses or pre-designed plans. What does that mean? That you can design and build your dream home exactly the way you want it.

Why Kolovraty?

Kolovraty is a well-connected part of Prague, just about 20 minutes from the city center by car or train. Easy access to the D1 highway and a nearby railway station will also make connection better. Kolovraty could easily serve as a film location — it’s beautiful, peaceful, yet full of life. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and fulfilling life here.

This district is home to around 3,000 people, so you'll soon get to know many of your neighbors by name. Until recently, there were 50 streets in Kolovraty — we’re adding another one. We are building a new dead-end street with the poetic name Měsíčková, where nothing will disturb your peace. Here, you’ll find all 18 newly serviced plots, ranging in size from 360 m² to 550 m².
