The Pod Bertramkou project won the Jury award

The Pod Bertramkou project won the prestigious Jury award in The Best Real Estate Project of 2021 competition. The ceremonial announcement of the winners took place at the end of January 2022 and the award was accepted by the CEO and co-founder of the GARTAL development group, Ing. Rostislav Petchenko. The Pod Bertramkou project is located near Anděl, the lively and modern center of Prague 5. After its completion, the apartment building will offer total of 45 apartments from 2+kk to luxury roof apartments 4+kk with large terraces.
