The Tuchoměřické zahrady project is completed

At the end of April, an occupancy certificate for the last stage of the Tuchoměřické zahrady project was obtained. Thus, the third building under the designation C is completed and the apartments will be handed over to the new owners within a few weeks. Now the last outdoor works are being carried out on the territory of the residential complex and new green spaces are being planted, including mature trees. In total, 46 apartments from 1+kk to 5+kk were built here in three buildings and 51 parking spaces. The construction was carried out by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební.
