The Zelené kaskády project won the Architects award

The Zelené kaskády project won the prestigious Architects award in The Best Real Estate Project of 2022 competition. The ceremonial announcement of the winners took place at the end of January 2023. The Zelené kaskády project is located in Prague 9 and is surrounded by a quiet villa district and nature. Upon completion, the modern building will offer 70 apartments from 1+kk to family 4+kk with balconies, terraces or front gardens. The construction of the project is provided by the subsidiary GARTAL Stavební and its completion is planned for Q4/2024.
