GARTAL investment fund once again among the TOP 5 real estate funds

The GARTAL investment fund confirms its long-term stability — in the last quarter of 2024, it once again ranked among the five best-performing qualified investor funds in Czech Republic. Moreover, it improved its position compared to the previous period and currently holds fourth place. The results were published as part of the TOP real estate funds ranking, regularly prepared by Hospodářské noviny.

The fund is part of the GARTAL group and invests in carefully selected development projects. Shareholders’ investments are used to finance these projects through fixed-interest loans, which protects investors from typical development risks.
