GARTAL Fund made it into the TOP 10

In a unique project of the Ekonom magazine and the University of Economics in Prague called TOP real estate funds, GARTAL Investment fund SICAV a.s. ranked sixth in the evaluation of income over the last 12 months and has become one of the largest and most important real estate funds of qualified investors on the Czech market. At the same time it was also ranked among the top in terms of average annual income over the last 3 years. The GARTAL Fund offers investments in residential development (construction of new apartments) in Prague and the Central Czech Region, which is executed by the GARTAL Group. The new conservative strategy of the fund is to value the funds in the form of credits, which are directed to various projects at a fixed interest rate. This way, investors do not take on development risk and are eligible for a priority yield. The yields is also exempt from income tax in the case of an investment of at least 3 years.
