GARTAL investment fund ranked among the TOP 5

Thanks to a well-chosen strategy, a strong project portfolio, and a clear long-term vision, the GARTAL investment fund achieved an 11.02% yield and ranked among the five best-performing qualified investor funds over the past 12 months (data as of September 30, 2024). This result confirms the effectiveness of the strategy, the strength of the project portfolio, and the long-term vision that allow the fund to offer both stability and a predictable return without unnecessary risk.

The fund is based on the solid foundation of the GARTAL development group and focuses on the careful selection of high-potential projects. Investors’ funds are directed in the form of loans into specific residential projects in Prague and its surroundings, with a fixed return. Shareholders are not exposed to development risk and are entitled to a preferential yield.

The results were published as part of the TOP real estate funds project, which regularly evaluates the performance of real estate funds based on data collected by Hospodářské noviny and the Institute of Strategic Investment (ISTI) at the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE).
