Opening the door to the common areas is now easier than ever thanks to a mobile app and QR code. Just put your phone to the scanner and the door will open automatically. For maximum flexibility, the QR code can also be sent to a smartwatch, making access to the house even easier.

And that's not all. As soon as you walk through the front door, the elevator will automatically descend to the ground floor and be ready to take you to your floor.

The same system can also be used for visitors. Simply create a QR code in the app and send it to the visitor's mobile phone.
